Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP)

MAP alters the atmosphere inside a sealed package to slow down the natural respiration and decay of fresh produce by carefully controlling the levels of gases within the package

Breathable (OTR) Films

OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate) films are engineered to regulate how much oxygen enters and how much carbon dioxide exits the package. This controlled breathability helps prevent spoilage caused by excess moisture or trapped gases. Films can be standard or customized based on the respiration rate of the specific fruit or vegetable being packaged.

Laser or Need Perforation

Laser micro-perforation allows for precision airflow and is tailored to each product type. Hot and cold needle perforation provide larger or more varied hole patterns for bulkier or more robust produce. These technologies prevent condensation, reduce microbial growth, and help maintain product texture.

Anti-Fog Features

Anti-fog films ensure product visibility, especially in refrigerated displays. Available as embedded in the film structure or as inline surface coatings. Prevents water droplets from forming on the inside of the package, which can obscure visibility and affect perception of freshness.

Designed to allow consumers to steam vegetables directly in the microwave without the need to remove or transfer the contents from the packaging
